On October 28^th, Watson & Band’s team of over 100 persons went to the beautify city beside Like Taihu – Wuxi for a two-day team building tour.

On the morning of October 28^th, the team building program was officially launched. After the opening ceremony and some warm-up exercises, the entire team displayed the letters “W” and “B”, which correspond to our “WB” logo. As shown in the aerial photo, the incredible scene became the greatest spotlight of that morning.

On the afternoon of October 28^th, the mega-event “Joint-Effort Painting” reflected our great group cohesion and team spirit. An A4-sized picture printed with Watson & Band’s philosophy of “诚信、思远、敬业、进取” (which in English means “Integrity, Strategy, Professionalism and Dedication”) was enlarged into a tremendous square of 12 meters in length and 6 meters in width, which was then sliced into eight rolls of 6 meters in length and 1.5 meters in width. Watson & Band’s team was divided into eight groups, each of which would complete the painting that correspond to the portion in the sample picture.

Watson & Band’s team, composed of members with different and well-hidden talents, showed its great power during the process. The painting groups used their expertise in proportioning, measuring and positioning the various elements in the picture, so that the accurate presentation of those elements would perfectly interconnect the neighboring pieces. The color mixing groups used the elementary colors red, yellow and blue and the supporting color white to finalize our typical Watson & Band green and other colors. The calligraphy groups displayed their talents in writing down the Chinese characters and English letters.

Finally, we accomplished that seemingly impossible mission with joint efforts and perfectly presented the eight-character philosophy that we had adhered to for over two decades.

On the evening of October 28^th, Watson & Band’s team had a campfire get-together. Excellent improvisations were presented and the team members, hand in hand, singing and dancing around the campfire, with joy and delight shown on each face. Immersed in the unceasing applause and laughter, the team enjoyed a wonderful night.

On October 29^th, Watson & Band’s team headed to the fabulous town – Nian Hua Wan, where we took fantastic pictures and had unforgettable memories. The team building project was successfully completed by that half-day tour.
