A graduate of East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), Jason Wang has dedicated his entire career to Watson & Band. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in real estate, the disposal of non-performing loans (NPLs), enforcement proceedings, and complex civil and commercial litigation. He is highly adept at navigating intricate property issues involving mortgages, asset seizures, and ownership disputes. Serving prominent asset management companies, Jason excels at integrating notarization, arbitration, and financial resources to provide comprehensive, one-stop solutions that maximize client recovery and commercial interests.

Yang Ying (Jamie)

Jamie Yang holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and is admitted to practice in both China and New York State. With over 15 years of experience, she focuses on cross-border M&A, corporate governance and compliance, and commercial dispute resolution. Jamie advises multinational corporations and financial institutions across various sectors, delivering commercially astute legal strategies tailored to China's complex regulatory landscape. Before joining Watson & Band, she was a partner at a law firm within the PwC global network and a founding member of Broad & Bright's Shanghai office, giving her extensive expertise in collaborating seamlessly with financial, tax, and consulting professionals.

Pu Wenjie

Pu Wenjie specializes in corporate/commercial law and labor disputes, and also serves as a part-time arbitrator. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has provided general counsel and dispute resolution services to a wide range of multinational companies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and innovative startups in sectors such as finance, industrial manufacturing, and new energy. He is particularly highly regarded for his targeted labor compliance strategies. Wenjie expertly guides large enterprises through complex organizational challenges—including salary restructuring, cross-regional transfers, sick leave management, and non-compete enforcement—effectively mitigating risks across the entire employee lifecycle.

Tang Yijie

Tang Yijie earned his LL.B. from Southwest University of Political Science & Law (SWUPL) and his LL.M. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. He focuses his practice on the healthcare and medical aesthetics sectors, alongside dispute resolution, corporate governance, and commercial finance. In the rapidly evolving medical aesthetics industry, Yijie provides end-to-end compliance support, resolves consumer disputes, and navigates government investigations. Additionally, he has an impressive track record in high-stakes commercial and financial litigation, having successfully managed cases with claim amounts exceeding hundreds of millions of RMB. His sharp analytical skills and robust enforcement strategies consistently safeguard his clients' commercial and legal rights.
