　　On the afternoon of March 25, 2015, Watson & Band hosted its March China Law Salon on the topic of “Protection of the Rights and Interests of Shareholders and Creditors during Company Liquidation and Dissolution”. The Salon was attended by representatives from international enterprises and their subsidiaries, as well as other interested organizations in Shanghai. Watson & Band Senior attorney Binghui Cai was the keynote speaker. 

　　Ms. Cai presented a detailed introduction to topics such as regulations governing company dissolution and liquidation, methods that shareholders and creditors can adopt to protect themselves during cooperate liquidation, and solutions to issues involved in business operations. He also used cases to illustrate his points.
