Recently, Watson & Band senior partner, the First and Second Vice Presidents of the Shanghai Patent Agent Association and Patent Agent Shenmin Xu were invited by Industry Pioneer to be interviewed by the TV program “Famous Attorney”. During the interview Mr. Xu described his experiences, introduced Watson & Band’s history and philosophy, and discussed his experience in handling well-known domestic and international cases and protecting intellectual property rights over the past 30 years. These experiences include an ownership dispute over the longstanding and well-known trademark Zhang Xiao Quan, the Nikon trademark infringement dispute, and other Chinese and foreign enterprise-related intellectual property disputes. During the program Mr. Xu also expressed his high expectations for young attorneys and patent agents and summarized his experiences for the benefit of young attorneys and patent agents.
